​My route into this field wasn't a straight line. Before training in TCM, I worked in the corporate sector - and it was after experiencing my own fertility challenges that I first turned to acupuncture, reflexology, and Chinese herbal medicine. I was struck by the impact these treatments had on my overall health, and made a quiet decision: if I fell pregnant, I would dedicate my career to helping other women through the same journey. I did. And I've stayed true to that promise.

That experience shapes the way I practice. I understand what it feels like to sit across the room from a practitioner and not feel heard - to have been through rounds of testing without a clear answer, to want someone who will actually dig into the why rather than manage the symptoms. It's why my approach is built around finding the root cause rather than treating the surface presentation.​​​​​

I work with all types of cases, I have a particular interest in complex and long-standing conditions - women who have often been trying to conceive for several years, with histories of recurrent miscarriage, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMOS, reproductive immunology issues, or chronic infection. I generally meet clients when they've already exhausted other options. I am usually the last on their list - but I should have been the first.

By default, I see a lot of clients who have been to me in the past for fertility support and are now coming back for perimenopause and menopausal support.
