Reflexology is a non-invasive  holistic treatment. It is based on the belief that there are reflex zones in the feet and hands which correspond to all organs and systems
of the body, the whole body being mapped out on the feet.

Illness, injury or stress can create imbalance in your body affecting vital energy channels, which may become congested or blocked, thus impacting on your overall health. Reflexology works on an individual basis and may alleviate and improve symptoms when trying to conceive or during your pregnancy such as:

  • Reducing stress

  • Promoting relaxation

  • Increasing vitality

  • Eliminating toxins

  • Improving circulation

  • Reducing pain levels

  • Restoring and maintain the body's natural equilibrium.

Cupping is a therapy used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to remove stagnation and stimulate the flow of qi (chi). Qi is the free flow of vital energy
circulating through the body and the world around us, if the qi is disrupted or disturbed, it can create stagnation (blockages) or imbalances in the body.

The cupping treatment process is carried out by heating up glass cups and placing them on the skin. The cups are placed along the meridians in the body, which function like an energy highway. Life energy, or Qi, flows along these meridians to help maintain balance within the body. It is often used in conjunction with Acupuncture.

Benefits of Cupping & Acupuncture:

  • Restore balance to the body by stimulating the smooth flow of Qi

  • Reduce stress

  • Restore hormonal balance

  • Relax muscle tension

  • Induce ovulation

  • Regulate menstruation

  • Improve sperm quality

  • Increase probability of IVF success
